Judge Faren Eddins removes himself from Lori Vallow's case after lowering her bond

The judge, Faren Eddins , who lowered Lori Vallow’s bond from $5 million to $1 million has honored Lori Vallow’s lawyers’ request to remove himself from the case.

Judge Faren Eddins claims he’s removing himself from Vallow’s case because Idaho’s law allows the lawyers to ask a judge to “disqualify a judge, without reason, without cause, just because.”

Yeah, this dude here is saying that he’s completely innocent, he’s done nothing wrong, and that he’s leaving because the law requires him to do so.

The lawyers, though, say that they don’t like the fact that Eddins was the judge handling Vallow’s custody case because that case is evidence of his preconceived notions about their client; which the law says their client has a right to not be subjected to whenever her life and or freedom is on the line.

It’s just that makes it even worse for Eddins who, despite his knowledge about Vallow’s past behavior, thought it was a good idea to lower Vallow’s bond even though she’s the main suspect in her own children’s disappearance.

But I guess that’s what a man will do if he’s wide open over a woman who walks up in a courtroom wearing a smile and pink lipstick.
